The most common problems with online shopping is that you're not receiving what you've expected it to be. In order for you to feel at peace and confidence of online shopping, we provide 100% return warranty on all products you've purchased regardless it's dissatisfaction or defected item.
Refund / Return Policy :
  1. The warranty is valid for 7 days after the order is delivered out by us
  2. To avoid the warranty being abused, all refund is not in cash basis but in Refund Voucher which allows you to make same amount of deduction in your future order. Please take note on the calculation of the Refund Voucher.
  3. Unless it's our mistake for sending wrong item to you, other reasons of return are not allowed for item exchange. You may use the Refund Voucher to re-order from our website and get instant deduction on the order amount. However, please note that shipping charges is not included in the Refund Voucher.
  4. Please make sure the item is not being used and please retain the original packing. Any used, scratches or damages caused by own careless will not be accepted
  5. Regarding the return delivery fees, please refer to the chart below.

Each piece of our online merchandise item will be scan through our hand for quality inspection, and marked on the quality of cards. Because of the quality standards are very subjective; usually a small stain/spot, off-line, lint problem is not summed up as quality issues. If you would want to return, it will be summed up as the "unsatisfactory" category.

Goods DamagedPay by BuyerAlthough all items has gone through the quality inspection of goods, but the transportation process is hard to avoid the collision, if the merchandise is damaged, and we are willing to let you return.

Please take a photo of the damage item and email to us. If the damage is severe you will entitle for full claim, which you will get a Refund Voucher with the same amount value of the item you purchased.

If it's just some scratches, we will also return you a Refund Voucher with certain amount based on the severity of the damage / scratches.

If you insist to return the item, the return reason will be categorized and be processed as "Unsatisfied".

Wrong DeliveryPay by AishopIf you receive something which is not ordered by you, Please inform us immediately! And send back the wrong item to us. Once we received the wrong item, we will resend the correct item to you. All delivery fees will be paid by Aishop. Similarly, we will pay back the delivery fees to you in Cash Voucher.
Repair / WarrantyBuyer & SellerCertain items like Pendrive are protected under our 3 months warranty policy. If the item you purchase is having problem within 3 months of warranty period, you have to pay for the shipping and send back the item to us for repair. Once the item is repaired, we will pay the shipping and send back the item to you.

If the item is malfunctioning after the warranty period, buyer will have to pay for the shipping fees as well as the repairing fee.
