2. ORDER & PURCHASE
a) Is there any minimum or maximum amount of purchase from IslamicMsia?
There is no minimum purchase from JubahOnline. You can just buy 1 piece of product and we would be happy to deliver it to you.
However, if you are interested to buy in large quantities, we’d prefer for you to contact us directly. Just email us and we’d try to answer your queries.. InsyaAllah!
b) How to make an order?
It’s easy. Click on the Order button in our website. There is a clear step by step information on how to buy our products. Alhamdulillah, all our customers have received their orders safely.
c) How long is the booking period?
All items are based on first come first served basis. The maximum period for booking is three (3) days. Otherwise, the items will be sold to others.
d) Payment method?
For ONLINE purchases, currently, we only accept payment through “fund transfer” , ATM Transfer & also cash deposit via Maybank. For overseas customers we do accept payment viaPayPal & Western Union.
Credit or Debit Card is accepted as mode of payment at our boutiques.
3. DELIVERY
a) Do you deliver outside Malaysia?
Yes. We would be very happy to deliver to you wherever you are.
b) How long the delivery will take for Online purchase?
We will be using either Pos Express or “Pos Laju”. Thus customers can expect the goods to reach them less than a week unless they specifically requested delivery via registered postage. Worry no more! The postage can be tracked down using the barcode.
c) How about the Online delivery cost?
Delivery cost will be borne by customers & will be calculated according to weight. This is of course based on the charges made by either Poslaju, Pos Express or other courier companies.
d) What if the product does not reach the customers?
Please contact us via email at islamicmsia@gmail.com. We will check the delivery status with the courier company & will resend the products if necessary. All the delivery has barcodes and thus it is not difficult for us to track them down.
