TERMS & CONDITIONS (T&C)- ONLINE PURCHASE
1. All items are based on first come first served basis.
2. Payment must be made (via bank transfer) before items can be delivered.
3. The maximum period for booking is 24 hours. Otherwise, the items will be sold to others.
4. Prices are not including delivery/courier charges, unless stated otherwise.
5. Delivery and handling cost is approximately:
i) RM7 for Jubah
ii) RM5 for Tudung/Hijab (via Pos Ekspress)
iii) RM4 for Sarung Lengan / Stokin – per pair (via Pos Ekspress)
(Shipment to East Malaysia or out of Malaysia may differ).
6. The item will be delivered to you on every Monday, Wednesday & Friday (except on public holiday) after payment confirmation, via POSLAJU/POS EKSPRESS.
7. All sales are final. No exchange or returns allowed. If there is any concern, kindly email us and we will get back to you as soon as possible. Customer satisfaction is our main priority besides delivering you with quality products at great prices.

- We accept cash and credit card payment.
- Purchased item is not returnable.
Term & Condition of Rental Service for Wedding and Official Function Jubah & Accessories
1. Price is based on 1 week rent
2. Refundable deposit will be collected based on the value of the rental
T&C- WHOLESALE PURCHASE (Belian Borong)
We welcome customers (retailers) that would want to buy our product on a wholesale basis. A discount between 20% to 30% of our published price (subject to product design and availability) will be offered for the wholesale purchase, on the following terms and conditions;
1- Single purchase above RM2,500. Customer can mix and match any design, color or size.
2- Goods should be inspected before delivery.
3- Purchased items are not returnable or refundable after 5 days. Customer/retailer assumes the stock holding risk.
4- Purchasers are not from area where IslamicMsia has appointed a Sole Agent (refer to “Our Agent” tab)
